Othello Girls Tennis continues to roll

Wapato — The Huskies opened league action in fine fashion with a 4-1 road win over the Wapato Wolves March 29. Othello got strong play from all three doubles team that went undefeated in the match. The lone loss of the outing came at second singles. Othello (6-0, 1-0) is currently deadlocked in a 4-way tie with Selah, Toppenish, Ellensburg and Grandview atop the league standings, but is clearly one of the teams to beat in the Central Washington Athletic Conference.

Othello Boys dropped a close 3-2 match to the Wolves to fall to 0-1 in league play and 3-3 overall. The Huskies dominated singles play, but came up shots in doubles action.
