Keith Hyatt, 53, of Sandpoint and Joseph Smith, 50, of Sandpoint, were arrested at 9:49 p.m. in the 477000 block of Highway 95 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia with the intent to use.

An officer took a report of an animal problem in the 200 block of McNearney Road at 2:04 p.m.

Michael R. McDermott, 46, of Sagle was arrested in the 476200 block of Highway 95 at 3:04 p.m. on four outstanding Bonner County felony warrants, one Bonner County misdemeanor warrant, and on a charge of resisting/ obstructing an officer.

An officer responded to the 477000 block of Highway 95 at 9:49 p.m. to assist BCSO deputies.
