The Lincoln County Commission on Wednesday appointed four people to positions on two district boards.
Herbert L. Gregory, Robert J. Welch and Larry Chapel were appointed to the Troy Rural Fire District. Each will serve a three-year term that expires April 30, 2021.
J. Ben Scott was appointed to the Libby Park District for a four-year term expiring April 30, 2022.
All four men had filed their declarations of nomination after the election filing deadline, requiring the commission to vote on their appointments.
One position on the McCormick Fire District board — a three-year term that expires April 30, 2021 — remains unfilled because no letters of interest have been received.
