SANDPOINT — The benefits of tai chi will be explored at today’s Geezer Forum.

Mark Evans, a long-time tai chi instructor, will speak about the physical, cognitive, and social interaction benefits of what is often referred to as “the moving meditation.”

The monthly forum is hosted by Paul Graves, writer of “Dear Geezer” column in The Daily Bee, with an anonymous Geezer Forum friend serving as sponsor.

The forum is at the Community Room in the Columbia Bank building, 414 Church, from 2:30-4 p.m.
