After unknown persons hung a bicycle from the overpass over Bridge Street, an officer removed it at 8:28 p.m. and took it for safekeeping.

Michael G. Gervasi, 48, was arrested on outstanding misdemeanor warrants in the 500 block of Oak Avenue at 7:39 p.m.

Adam A. Archibald, 38, of Ponderay was cited in the 31000 block of Highway 200 at 10:21 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.
