TOURNEY: Great day to remember Jeff Marfice
The 1st Marfice Masters Charity Golf Tournament occurred on July 7 and we would like to say thank you to all of our sponsors, donors and participants. Without the support of the community, this event would not have been as successful as it was.
We had about 75 prizes to raffle off to the participants, all donated from individuals and businesses. The event raised more than $25,000 and the proceeds went to Camp Journey, a camp on the Spokane River for children with cancer and their families, and the Coeur d’Alene Golf Club to build Junior Tees. It was a great day to remember Jeff Marfice, continue his desire to get the youth involved in golf, and support an amazing nonprofit. We hope to make the event even bigger and better for next year!
