Hotel proposed near Ramsey Road and I-90

An informational-planning meeting on the proposed Home 2 Suites by Hilton hotel is noon Thursday with the Design Review Commission in Conference Room 6 in Coeur d’Alene City Hall.

The four-story, 115-room hotel would be between Cracker Barrel and Interstate 90 at 161 W. Lee Court. It would include an indoor pool and a fitness room.

Beau Monde opens Post Falls store

With everything costing $5 or less, Beau Monde is opening an outlet store Friday at 3145 E. Mullan Ave. in Post Falls.

The outlet store specializes in name-brand apparel resale of clothing, shoes and accessories for the whole family. Located next to Papa Murphy’s and across from Walmart, hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays. Phone 208-758-0231.

Lake City Auto Care opens on 3rd Street

Full automotive repair and maintenance has opened at 1104 N. Third St. in the location of the former Lett’s Auto Repair. Owner Ben Prickett also has Lake City Auto Care at 9880 N. Atlas Road in Hayden.

Coming from Houston, Prickett said he looked for the ideal location and came to North Idaho in 2013. He and Scott Green offer the repair and maintenance business with free loaner vehicles.

Rebel Rose Salon opens in Post Falls

Manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, facials, wax and eyelash extensions are offered at Rebel Rose Salon now open in Suite 410 at 810 N. Henry St. in Post Falls.

Owner Rachel UiBreaslain and Alesha Morgan, Laci Eckard and Michelle Shelton are there weekdays by appointment. They carry SeneGence (LipSense) products The grand opening is 1-3 p.m. Sept. 8. Phone 208-771-9323.
