Jonathan Allen-Noble, 19, of Oldtown, was arrested in the Summit Boulevard area in Priest River at 5:16 p.m. on a Bonner County misdemeanor warrant and charged with possession of marijuana (over 3 ounces, felony), trafficking drugs (felony) and paraphernalia with intent to use (misdemeanor).
