Blount, Ashley J., 24, Spokane Valley, possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia with intent to use, $2,500.

Anderson, Ariana J., 36, Hayden, probation violation, $5,000.

Mann, Robert D., 30, Coeur d'Alene, probation violation, $5,000.

Brown, Mickey W., 42, Cataldo, driving without privileges, $5,000.
