MINUTES FOR THE BONNER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS' MEETING October 16, 2018 SOLID WASTE Approved Resolution #18 -123 Solid Waste Budget revision and authorize the Clerk to open the budget and increase line item 023-7350 in the amount of $427,419.00 from the unanticipated revenues. EMS Approved and sign the commercial lease agreement for 521 N. Third Ave. Sandpoint, ID 83864. A one year lease agreement between Third Ave, LLC and Bonner County at a rate of $5,925.13 per month for the building in which Bonner County EMS currently resides. Approved the medical director consent and dispatch agreement for all the fire protection districts who wish to be considered collaborative agencies with Bonner County during the fiscal year of 2019. PROSECUTOR Tabled the Prosecutor's Item until the contract can be reviewed. At 9:22 a.m. the meeting was recessed. At 9:33 a.m. the meeting was reconvened. I further move to adopt the following findings of fact and conclusions of law as written (or as amended). This action does not result in a taking of private property.
