Michael Cook, 58, of Sagle was arrested in the 100 block of Brisboys Road in Sagle at 7:51 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.

An officer assisted the coroner on a call in the Cedar Street area at 10:20 a.m.

Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 400 block of Lavina Avenue at 1:45 p.m.

An officer advised that a vehicle theft report in the 700 block of Fourth Avenue at 1:46 p.m. was unfounded.

Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 300 block of Railroad Depot Avenue at 2:58 p.m.

An officer answered a citizen’s questions in the Cedar Street area at 3:01 p.m.

An adult male was taken on a mental hold in the Oak Street area after a report of suicide threats at 3:42 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a reported reckless driver in the Sixth Avenue area at 3:57 p.m.

A code violation was reported in the 200 block of Main Street at 2:11 p.m.

Officers and Selkirk Fire responded to a two-vehicle, non-injury collision reported in the Main Street area at 4:58 p.m.

Officers were unable to locate male reported to be causing problems in the 900 block of Larch Street after a complaint of a juvenile problem at 6:12 p.m.

Officers responded to a complaint of an intoxicated female causing problems in the 500 block of First Avenue at 6:28 p.m.

Daryl A. Garis, 57, of Sagle, was cited in the 600 block of Larch Street at 7:34 p.m. on a charge of petit theft.

Possible threats were reported in the 600 block of Main Street at 9:06 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Samuelson Avenue at 10:12 p.m.

Timothy L Peterson, 52, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the Jefferson Avenue area at 11:36 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

Dec. 20

Officers contacted a male and female involved in a domestic in the 1100 block of Maple Avenue at 3:05 a.m.; no charges were pressed.
