About 9:40 p.m. Christopher Siemion, 50, of Wenatchee, was driving a 2014 Dodge Ram 3500 pickup truck west on Interstate 90, about seven miles east of George, when he reportedly struck Thomas Whitlock, 31, of Yakima. Whitlock was reportedly standing outside of a disabled vehicle on the left side of I-90 when he was struck, according to the Washington State Patrol.
