Loice Avin Trotter, 99, and Helen Barton Trotter, 91, of Libby are celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary. They were married on January 31, 1948 in Los Banos, California. Loice and Helen have three children: John Trotter of Big Sandy, Texas, Nancy Trotter Higgins and Lois Ann Thatcher. They have five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
