The injury took place on the job site, which was located approximately 3.5 miles on Forest Service Road 933, east of Beaver Creek Road near Prichard.

The injured party, 28 year-old TJ Cooper, was hurt while falling trees on the job site. While performing his job duties, Cooper sustained multiple injuries after being struck by a “snag”.
