TROY — A strong start and strong finish weren’t enough to make up for the lull between them in Troy’s loss to Florence.

Troy scored 18 points in both the first and fourth quarters, but managed only one point in the second and third quarters combined.

Allie Coldwell led the Trojans with 18 points.
