Japanese exchange students who have spent the summer in North Idaho are inviting the community to a cultural fair today from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Ward Newcomb Memorial Park in Dalton Gardens, located at Fourth and Hanley. There will be Japanese clothing showcased with a photo booth, along with traditional song and dance performances. Learn to write Kanji, speak Japanese, fold Origami, use chopsticks and even make your own candy sushi!

This is a free, family friendly event. The students look forward to sharing their culture and having a chance to socialize and practice their English language skills.

Contact Kim at 509-270-1810 for information.
