Customer service training in Libby June 15

Libby Area Chamber of Commerce recently announced a customer service and hospitality training session June 15 in Libby.

Titled “21st Century Customer Service Training” and taught by Pam Gosink, the no-cost session will take place from 9 a.m. to noon at the Venture Inn in Libby.

The session will stress the concept of “customer centricity,” described in a news release as “a way of doing business with your customers and visitors with a positive, helpful and engaging experience before, during and after your interaction.”
