Bomb threat at hotel in Riverstone

Police in Coeur d’Alene and the bomb squad from Spokane are investigating a bomb threat received around 11 a.m. at the Hampton Inn in Riverstone.

The bomb was allegedly in a vehicle parked outside the hotel, which was evacuated along with several local businesses.

A robot was sent around 12:30 p.m. to inspect the vehicle and look for explosives.
