The automatic gate at the Lincoln County Shooting Complex on Farm to Market Road is now active, and the public can gain access with a gate code.

Dan Ackeman with the Libby Rod and Gun Club said that members of the public desiring access can stop by the shooting complex on Wednesdays or Saturdays between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. to request a gate code.

Gate codes are unique to the individual.

Ackerman said that hours of operation when the gate code can be used to gain access are posted at the entrance to the shooting complex.
