Report of a 911 hang-up on Highway 20 near Newport at 12:07 p.m.

Deputies responded to a report of threats on Shepherd Lake Loop Road in Sagle at 1:05 p.m.

Deputies responded to the N. Washington Avenue area in Oldtown regarding a trespass call at 1:59 p.m.

Deputies received a call regarding an alarm call in Kelso Lake area of Priest River at 3:20 p.m.

Report of an animal problem in the 400 block of Cider Road in Athol at 3:44 p.m.

Report of a non-injury traffic accident in the area of Highway 95 and Samuels Road at 4:06 p.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up in the area of Highway 95 and Sagle Road at 4:17 p.m

Report of an attempt to locate in the 490000 block of Highway 95 at 4:23 p.m.

Report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Whittum and Spirit Lake Cutoff roads at 4:42 p.m.

Feb. 21

An officer was unable to locate a reported reckless driver possibly heading into the city on Highway 95 from the Sagle area at 7:51 a.m.

A dog bite was reported in the 1100 block of Lake Street at 8:17 a.m.

An officer facilitated the exchange of information at a minor collision in the 300 block of Fourth Avenue at 12:25 p.m.

A courtesy interview was completed in the 4100 block of Samuelson Avenue at 1:17 p.m. for another agency.

Vehicles around Sandpoint were tagged for 48-hour removal to allow for snow removal at 4:27 p.m.

An officer checked on a female in the 600 block of Main Street after a welfare check request at 4:44 p.m.; she was fine.

A driver’s license was turned in to the police department in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 4:58 p .m.

A male causing problems in the 1000 block of Highway 2 had already left when the officer arrived in the area at 5:32 p.m.

The owner of a vehicle partially blocking the roadway in the 100 block of Lake Street was located and moved it at 5:59 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a wanted subject reported to be in the area of the 300 block of Halley Street at 5:58 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a dog reported to be running at large in the pre-100 block of Bridge Street at 6:07 p.m.

A message was left for the owner of a debit card left in the 1100 block of Michigan Street at 7:32 p.m.

Report of an attempted burglary in the area of Hickory Glen Avenue and Main Street at 8:47 p.m.

An officer mediated in a citizen dispute in the 300 block of Marion Avenue at 9:35 p.m.

Officers located a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run accident reported in the Ponderay area at 11 p.m.

Feb. 22

Brice Q. Taylor, 19, of Spokane Valley, Wash., was cited in the 1000 block of Baldy Mountain Road at 2:04 a.m. on a charge of failure to purchase a driver’s license.

Feb. 21

Report of a non-injury accident on Highway 95 at 6:49 a.m.

A case was assigned to cover a reported hit-and-run accident on Highway 200 at 1:52 p.m.
