SPOKANE - Thursday night 1B girl's powerhouse No. 1 Colton reminded No. 8 Almira/Coulee-Hartline who they were, stomping the giant-killers from a year ago with a decisive win at the 1B Hardwood Classic at the Spokane Arena.

On Friday morning, the Lady Warriors reminded No. 6 Selkirk who they were, holding Rangers to just seven points in the second half en route to a 63-29 victory to advance to the game for fourth-sixth.

The No. 8 Lady Warriors (24-3), who played in the 1B state championship game a year ago broke the game wide open with a big second half. ACH outscored No. 6 Selkirk 35-7 in the second half, holding the Rangers to three points in the third quarter and four in the final eight minutes.

ACH can still bring home the fourth-place trophy with a win over No. 5 Mount Vernon Christian in Saturday's 9:30 a.m. game at the Spokane Arena.
