Zachary S. Deason, 18, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 1600 block of Spruce Street at 11:11 p.m. on a charge of burglary.

Robert J. Evans, 92, of Ponderay was cited in the 475000 block of Highway 95 at 6:09 p.m. on a charge of reckless driving.
