Morrison, Schriver named to All-Conference basketball team

Wildcat seniors Matthew Morrison and Quintin Schriver received post-season honors last week as the pair was named to the Northwest A All-Conference team.

Morrison picked up second-team honors after a season in which he averaged 9.6 points and 9.7 rebound per contest. Morrison also led the Cats in blocked shots this season with 21.

Schriver was an honorable mention selection after a season in which he scored 8.7 points-per-game and four rebounds. Schriver was also second on the team in steals (39), assists (38), and blocked shots (7).

All-State selections from Northwest A included Libby’s Ryggs Johnston, Polson’s Shade Main and Browning’s Tyree Whitcomb and Brandon Aimsback. Browning’s Daniel Connelly was named the conference Coach of the Year.
