Whitefish City Council meets on May 7 at 7:10 p.m. at City Hall at 418 E. Second St. The following agenda items will be discussed, subject to change:
- A presentation and consideration from Whitefish Housing Authority and Homeword for a low income housing tax credit project.
- Consideration of an ordinance approving the Trail View preliminary plat and planned unit development for a 58-lot single-family residential neighborhood on the property at the corner of Monegan and Voerman roads.
- Consideration of a request by GMJ for a conditional use permit to develop 14 condominium cabins on West Second Street.
- Consideration of a resolution to increase RescueCare Program fees currently charged by the Whitefish Fire Department.
- Consideration of an ordinance to amend the dangerous dogs ordinance.
