GTA hires new operations, facilities managers

MOSES LAKE — The Grant Transit Authority (GTA) has a new operations managers and a new facilities and maintenance manager.

According to a GTA news release, Stephanie Guettinger is joining the organization as their new operations manager and Greg Lange will now be running the authority’s facility and maintenance operations.

Guettinger has about 17 years of experience in transit, from grant writing to her prior position as the head of Columbia County Public Transit, according to a GTA news release.

“Stephanie has hit the ground running embracing her new role and enjoying the challenges that come along the way,” the GTA news release said.

Lange comes to the GTA with lengthy managerial experience in the power industry, from a stint as a manager for Power Op to his most recent position as vice president for energy consultancy for Reliability Consulting Service.

“Greg’s knowledge and experience in compliance and operations of building facilities make him a great asset,” the GTA news release said.

The GTA runs 26 weekday routes and five weekend routes that connect most of the cities of Grant County as well as Othello and Wenatchee, and transports tens of thousands of riders every year.
