Driving through town there are many Carol Kunzeman campaign signs next to Democratic candidate signs. There is a reason for that: her reputation is that of a Republican in Name Only, a RINO.

What creates that impression? Although running as a Republican she prefers not to say the word. You’ll hear her says she’s a “moderate”, or that she’s not about “ideology” but “solutions.” That’s a weasel statement, and both Republicans and Democrats recognize it as code for “I’m really a Democrat but am trying to get elected in North Idaho.”

Let’s also look at who’s writing letters of support for her and holding meet-and-greets to which no conservative candidate is invited: well-known environmentalists, refugee-welcoming “human-rights” activists, died-in-the-wool liberals and other RINOs who previously were actually registered Democrats.

If a candidate can’t even be honest about her true party affiliation, she cannot be trusted.

Vote for the actual Republican running as District 3 Commissioner — Dan McDonald.
