Eureka man killed in rollover

A Eureka man was killed in a early morning wreck Monday on U.S. 93 near the Flathead and Lincoln county line.

According to Flathead County Sheriff Chuck Curry, the man was identified as Gage Pluid, 23.

According to information from Montana Highway Patrol, the accident occurred north of Olney at about 3:45 a.m. near mile marker 156.

The vehicle rolled several times and Pluid, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected.

Highway Patrol is still investigating the crash, but Trooper Rick Mehring said the road was dry at the time.
