The Whitefish VFW Post 276 held a Memorial Day parade Monday afternoon through downtown.
Marchers and vehicles made their way along Second Street before pausing on the Veterans Memorial Bridge for a wreath laying ceremony, where a wreath was dropped into the Whitefish River.
The parade continued to the Whitefish Cemetery for a ceremony.

Whitefish Council looks at cell tower contract
Whitefish City Council on Monday will consider a new agreement for a cell tower located at Memorial Park.
