The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of a Kalispell man who died while biking Friday on Going-to-the-Sun Road in Glacier National Park.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, Don S. Graham, 58, died of natural causes while biking by himself from Avalanche Creek Campground. He was about 1 mile from snow plow operations when he apparently collapsed.

Another biker found Graham on the road at about 10 a.m. The person performed CPR on Graham with no success.

The person then rode down the Sun Road before he encountered an off-duty Glacier Park ranger. The ranger contacted Glacier Park dispatch and responded back to the scene with the person who found Graham.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.
