The Northwest Montana Chorale Express Festival made it’s stop in Troy this year, bringing together in one voice the high school choirs from Libby, Troy, Eureka, Noxon, Plains and Thompson Falls at the Troy High School Auditorium Monday evening, Oct. 29.
The 88 students from the six schools who made up the Northwest Montana Chorale Express followed performances by the Libby Children’s Select Choir, directed by Lorraine Braun, and the Flathead Valley Community College Chorale Ensemble, directed by Nicole Sanford.
Sanford was also guest director for the Choral Express, leading them in “Bonse Aba,” “Oh, No!,” “Resilience,” “How Can I Keep From Singing,” and “Swinging With the Saints.”
