PRIEST RIVER — A Bonner County woman was arrested earlier this month for allegedly threating a woman with knife during and argument.
Jennifer Ann Lamanna is charged with aggravated assault and possession of drug paraphernalia, court records indicate.
Priest River Police were summoned to an apartment on West Jackson Avenue on Oct. 18. Dispatchers received report that Lamanna was en route to the alleged victim’s residence and officers tried to intercept her, but could not find her, according to a probable cause affidavit.
The alleged victim told officers that Lamanna swung the knife at her and threatened to disfigure her face with it, the affidavit said.
Lamanna, also known as Jennifer Ross, admitted possessing the knife during the altercation, but kept the blade pointed at the ground.
Lamanna, 32, is free on a $2,500 surety bond while the case is pending.
A preliminary hearing on the felony assault charge is set for Oct. 31 in Bonner County Magistrate Court.
