Aug. 15

Accidental alarm activation was reported in the 800 block of Airport Way at 5:23 a.m.

A dog owner with two dogs locked inside his vehicle had left the N. First Avenue area when the officer arrived at 11:10 a.m.

A wallet found on Fifth Avenue was turned in as found property at 11:15 a.m.

An officer advised a complaint of a boat creating a vision obstruction at a stop sign in the area of W. Superior and Euclid at 11:19 a.m. was unfounded.

Possible harassment was reported in the 500 block of N. Third Avenue at 2:16 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a reported reckless driver in the 200 block of E. Superior Street at 5:02 p.m.

Matthew K. Brown, 19, and Brandyn W Simmons, 22,, both of Bonners Ferry, were cited in the area of Chestnut and Division at 7:08 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana; and Michael S. Francis, 19, of Naples, Riley C. Heuth, 21, of North Dakota, and a 17-year-old Bonners Ferry female were charged at the same time and location with frequenting.

An officer was unable to locate a suspicious vehicle reported in the 1100 block of N. Ella Avenue at 6:53 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate any drug use in the 400 block of Cedar after a complaint at 8:52 p.m.

No charges were pressed after a physical altercation was reported between a juvenile and parent in the Hickory Street area at 9:59 p.m.

An adult male was trespassed from a business in the 600 block of Larch Street at 11:59 p.m.
