Two Libby High graduates get trust scholarships

The Libby High School Educational Trust has awarded scholarships to two Libby High School graduates.
Haylee Cannon, daughter of Kelly Cannon, received $1,000. She will be attending North Idaho College.
Jeff Hoff, son of Jeff and Raina Hoff, received $1,000. He will be attending Flathead Valley Community College.
The Trust was established in 1988 to provide scholarships for worthy graduates of Libby High School. Applications are available at Libby High School.
Currently the Trust has over $200,000 in assets and has awarded over $58,000 in scholarships. Only the interest earned is used to provide scholarships so the Trust will continue to benefit future Libby High School students. Donations are welcome.
Trustees of the Fund are Gerry Fennessy, Nancy Chalgren, Jim Sullivan, Niles Nelson, Linda Buti and Juli Cooper. Anyone wanting more information or wishing to donate to the Trust may contact any of the trustees.
