BONNERS FERRY — The Badgers lady soccer team has had its ups and downs so far this season.

On Sept. 6, they played against Coeur d’Alene Charter, the two-time defending 3A state champion, and lost 15-0, followed by a much closer loss to Grangeville on Sept. 7 with the final score 4-0.

“The Grangeville team has improved since last year,” said coach Ed Moe.

With team members coming back in and catching up, there are more players able to get their best foot in the game, including some veteran players.

The girls continued Intermountain League play on Tuesday, Sept. 11, losing 8-0 at Timberlake.

The next home game will be Sept. 14 at 3 p.m. against Kellogg.
