SANDPOINT — The Idaho Small Business Development Center, in conjunction with Idaho National Laboratory and the Idaho Department of Commerce, will bring the story of non-dilutive funding opportunities across Idaho as part of the 2018 Idaho SBIR Road Tour.
Building upon the success last year’s inaugural Idaho SBIR Road, this year’s event will feature subject experts, special speakers, 1-on-1 coaching and local guests. The Sandpoint event — held at the Sandpoint Library from 2-5 p.m. — will be the third stop on the 2018 tour, which features events in Fort Hall, Challis, Boise, Nampa, Moscow, Rexburg and Ketchum.
If you’re an innovator, tech entrepreneur, researcher or small technology firm, don’t miss this opportunity to learn how to access $2.5 billion in early stage technology funding through the SBIR and STTR programs and nearly $1M in commercialization grants to Idaho companies through the Idaho Global Entrepreneurial Mission. There is no chage to attend the event.
Come early, from 1-2 p.m. before the event begins, to meet with agency representatives, business coaches and experts, and special speakers.
