Sheriff holding town hall meetings

DESERT AIRE — In a continued effort to connect with residents Grant County Sheriff Tom Jones will be holding town hall meetings in Desert Aire and the Sunland Estates community near Quincy next month.

During the town hall meetings, the sheriff will be presenting information on public safety, crime statistics and crime prevention. Administrative staff with the GCSO will be on hand to answer questions from the public.

The Desert Aire town hall meeting will be held at the Desert Aire Senior Center, 21 Desert Aire Drive, at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 4. The Sunland Estates town hall meeting will be held at the Sunland Fire Station, 888 Boyer Ave. SW, at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23.
