Whitefish girls win x- country title

THOMPSON FALLS — James Normandeau of Ronan and Beatrix Frissell of Polson were the individual winners at the Thompson Falls Invitational cross country meet on Thursday.

Normandeau won in 16 minutes, 51.5 seconds while Frissell’s time was 19:38.8.

Normandeau finished six seconds ahead of the field.

Frissell was the lone girl to break 20 minutes.

The Whitefish girls and Frenchtown boys won team titles.
