Horsemen host Mission in Homecoming game

The Plains Horsemen took to the road last Friday night against Flint Creek and suffered a 68-0 loss.
Flint Creek is a co-op of Drummond and Philipsburg schools, and is a perennial power.
With two early injuries to the Sanders County team, it seemed as though they couldn’t get their feet under them.
Senior Jacob Peterson was sidelined once again from injury. It appears that the knee injury sustained a few weeks ago against Darby is still giving him problems. He was unable to play the full game, but was said to give support from the sidelines.
The Horsemen will host Mission, the team from St. Ignatius, in Plains’ Homecoming game this Friday. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. at the Plains High School field.
