Ronan eighth-grade math teacher Bill Becker was recently nominated by a student for Norwegian Cruise Line’s Giving Joy Campaign, which aims to celebrate teachers across the country.

Becker has been holding place in the top 30 in recent days.

According to the Norwegian Cruise Line website, The Giving Joy Campaign accepts nominations from students and educators in the United States and Canada. Fifteen cruise prizes are available, and one lucky teacher will be awarded a cruise and $15,000 for their school.

Becker has taught in Ronan for eight years, since moving to Montana from Las Vegas.
