Noah Fouty of Polson pleaded guilty to two counts of misdemeanor sexual assault and two counts of felony sexual assault on May 24, 2019, related to incidents in 2016 and 2017.

Court charging documents accused Fouty of engaging in unwanted sexual contact in December 2016 with a 17-year-old, who agreed to sleep on his couch after consuming alcohol to avoid driving after drinking.

Fouty was charged with allegedly engaging in unwanted sexual contact in November 2017, with a 19-year-old whose ride had left without her after a drinking party.

Lake County District Judge accepted the pleas. Besides being ordered to pay court fees and surcharges, Fouty was sentenced to six months in Lake County Jail for the first misdemeanor; for the second misdemeanor, he received a one-year jail sentence.

On the felony pleas, Fouty received a total of 10 years, five suspended. Also, Fouty was ordered to complete chemical dependency treatment.

The Court left it to the discretion of the Department of Corrections to determine appropriate placement.
