The Whitefish Planning Board has several items on its agenda for Thursday, Aug. 15.

The board meets at 6 p.m. at City Hall.

- A request by Stuart Bray for a conditional use permit to construct an accessory apartment at 19 Minnesota Avenue. The request is set to go before City Council on Sept. 3.

- A request by David Radatti of Mindful Designs for a conditional use permit on behalf of Julie Baldridge Revocable Living Trust to construct an accessory apartment as part of a new single family home project at 1455 Barkley Lane. The property recently had an older non-conforming triplex removed from the site. The request is set to go before City Council on Sept. 3.

- A request by the City of Whitefish to rezone two parcels annexed into city limits from county secondary business to Whitefish secondary business. The property is located at 6045 Highway 93 South. The request is set to go before City Council on Sept. 3

- A request by Genevieve Prizeman for a conditional use permit to construct an accessory apartment at 537 W Third Street. The request is set to go before City Council on Sept. 16.

- A request by the City of Whitefish for a zoning text amendment to the front and side yard setbacks in the WB-3 general business district as part of the shopping loop emphasis for streets in the downtown master plan. The request is set to go before City Council on Sept. 16.

A request by the Whitefish Christian Academy for a conditional use permit to expand the school facilities on Asher Avenue has been postponed until the Sept. 19 planing board meeting.
