TUKWILA, Wash. — Mac Stultz scored on an assist from Kai Flugel in the 24th minute to send North Idaho College past the Edmonds Tritons 1-0 in its second game of the Northwest Athletic Conference friendlies at the Starfire Sports Complex on Friday afternoon.

Max Warnell had five saves for NIC (1-1-0), which travels to Shoreline next Friday at 1 p.m.

First half — 1, NIC, Mac Stultz (Kai Flugel), 24:00. Second half — none.

TUKWILA, Wash. — Noah Dreves scored a tying goal in the 78th minute for the Cardinals, but the Penguins of Vancouver, Wash., scored the go-ahead goal seven minutes later in their opening match at the NWAC friendlies late Thursday at the Starfire Sports Complex.

Julian Reichold had six saves for NIC.
