Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that a public hearing pursuant to Idaho Code and Dover City Code has been set for the Dover City Council for September 12, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. at Dover City Hall, 699 Lakeshore Ave., Dover, to consider the following: File #ANX002-19, Voluntary Annexation - Cedar Ridge-The City of Dover proposes to annex into the city limits portions of Cedar Ridge Road, small portions of common area and Lot 10 of Cedar Ridge Addition that were erroneously omitted from the city limits when the plat was recorded in 1997. Bonner County and the owners of Lot 10 and the common area have consented to the annexation. The area is located in Section 29, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, B.M. The city proposes the land remain Large Lot Single-Family on the comp plan map and be zoned Agriculture. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the zoning at its public hearing. The Dover City Council will also consider an ordinance annexing the subject property into the city limits. The public is encouraged to attend the hearings or provide written response. Any written comment greater than 1 page must be submitted at least 6 days prior to the meeting. Written material not exceeding 1 page may be read into the record the day of the hearing.
