Ridgefield Raptors
Hicks, a Coeur d’Alene High product who is entering his redshirt senior year at Boise State, was named to the All-West Coast Conference baseball second team, the league announced. Hicks, who also played at Yavapai and Portland before transferring to Boise State, appeared in 48 games for the Raptors this season, finishing with 57 hits, nine home runs and 50 runs batted in in 178 at-bats. The West Coast League is a collegiate summer baseball league based in Washington and Oregon.

Manzardo, a rising sophomore from Lake City High, was named an honorable mention to the All-West Coast League team. Manzardo appeared in 46 games, hitting for .302 (52 for 172) with 13 doubles, 32 runs batted in and 11 stolen bases.

Kolden, a rising sophomore from Lake City High, was named an honorable mention to the All-West Coast League team. Kolden appeared in 42 games, hitting .290 (49 for 169) with 29 runs scored, 26 runs batted in and 12 stolen bases.
Josee Bassett

Bassett, a senior defender from Coeur d’Alene High, was named Cascade Conference Defensive Player of the Week after scoring the lone goal on a penalty kick in Eastern’s 1-0 win over No. 12 Hastings. Against No. 9 Midland, Bassett took a free kick that led to the Mountaineers’ other goal of the weekend in a 1-1 draw to finished with six totals and and three on goal on the weekend.
