ORDINANCE NO. 609 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PRIEST RIVER, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, TRANSFERRING REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 273 SHANNON LANE (ALSO REFERENCED AS 265 SHANNON LANE), PRIEST RIVER, BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO, TO THE PRIEST RIVER DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, PURSUANT TO AN AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 4, 1988; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December 16, 2019, by the Priest River City Council regarding the proposed property transfer to the Priest River Development Corporation; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds it to be in the public interest that the April 4, 1988 agreement be completed and said property be transferred to the Priest River Development Corporation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Priest River: Section 1: That the real property described in Section 2 of this Ordinance shall be transferred to the Priest River Development Corporation in accordance with the Agreement dated April 4, 1988 between the City of Priest River and the Priest River Development Corporation.
