Neighbor gets cold shoulder over icy situation

Melting snow refreezing into ice was a safety concern for one caller who said their neighbor hadn’t shoveled the sidewalk for several years, according to Kalispell Police Department logs. The caller had reported the issue and a notice was given to the neighbor, but nothing was done about the icy situation.

A woman kept receiving phone calls from her own number. She was counseled on “spoofing” and was told to contact her phone provider.

CPR was performed on a man overdosing on heroin.

911 dispatch received a call playing classical music as if they were put on hold.

A woman reportedly drove through a stop sign and slammed into a snowbank. Two children were in the car. The woman insisted on shoveling out the vehicle.

A caller was suspicious of a vehicle left idling for 45 minutes.

A driver picked up an elderly man with a cane carrying groceries. She requested someone to check on the man to make sure he was OK.

A visibly intoxicated woman was standing at the gas pump for more than an hour. Police later found she was allegedly carrying drugs.

A group of people stopped to help push a vehicle out of a snowbank. When law enforcement arrived the female driver became combative. She was taken to the hospital for a blood draw.

A casino manager said someone threatened to rob the place the night before.

A caller was concerned for a family living in a vehicle with a newborn baby and a toddler.

A caller believed a loud and angry couple were stalking her. Police were unable to locate the caller after she requested a restraining order.
