All Saints’ Church will host the 12th Annual Chili Open. This event benefits the Humane Society of Northwest Montana, the Flathead County Animal Shelter, the Spay and Neuter Task Force, and Spay Montana. The golf tournament in the snow takes place on the church grounds.
There is room for 72 golfers in this Texas Scramble shotgun start with 36 teeing off at 10:30 a.m. in the morning and 36 teeing off at 12:45 p.m. Lunch will be served at noon.
A Friends of the Chili Open Event featuring wine, soft drinks, and appetizers takes place on the preceding Friday evening, March 8, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Pomerantz home, 342 Plantation Drive, north of Kalispell off of Whitefish Stage Road.
The Green Fees for golf on Saturday (which includes lunch and refreshments before and after the golfing) are $20.
