Idaho state Rep. Paul Amador (R-Coeur d’Alene) will host a State of the State forum and town hall meeting on Saturday, Jan. 12 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at Coeur d’Alene Fire Station No. 3, 1500 N. 15th St.

“The start of a new legislative session and the inauguration of a new governor provides a great opportunity to reflect on where we currently stand as a state as well as where we want to take Idaho in the future,” Amador said, in a news release.

The Idaho Legislature convenes Jan. 7.

Amador will also provide an overview of the major legislative topics anticipated to emerge during the upcoming legislative session.

Constituents are encouraged to ask questions and provide feedback.

The town hall event is free and open to the public.
