The Whitefish Planning Board on Thursday will consider a request for a zone change for several properties along Park Knoll Lane.
The city is requesting the change for 16 parcels from county zoning of one family-residential to city one-family residential.
The request comes as the result of the properties being annexed into the city limits in December.
The majority of the properties are developed with residential structures.
It is the only public hearing on the board’s agenda. The planning board meets at 6 p.m. at City Hall.
