The Kootenai Heritage Counsel is bringing the the Great Falls Symphony’s Chinook Winds to the Libby Memorial Events Center Thursday 7 p.m.
According the the Heritage Council press release, “The Kootenai Heritage Council is proud to offer Libby top-of-the-line musical entertainment for a soothing evening of superb music.”
Chinook Winds is the resident wind quintet of the Great Falls Symphony in Montana. Their programs include classic wind quintet literature, works featuring local composers and artists and unique arrangements of popular songs, the release states.
Since their founding in 1992 by the Great Falls Symphony, the Chinook Winds have followed their mission to bring the highest quality chamber music to a wide variety of audiences in the Northwest.
Students are admitted free when accompanied by a paying adult.
Tickets are $12 at the door or $10 if purchased presale at any of these local ticket outlets: Cabinet Books, Libby Area Chamber of Commerce, Homesteaders Farm and Ranch, Rivermist, The Western News, Mountain Meadows or Rocky Mountain Music. In Troy, stop by Booze ‘n Bait.
